As a student massage therapist, my goal is to create a calming space where clients can unwind, breathe deeply, and restore balance. Each session is customized with attentive, nurturing touch to melt away tension and support overall well-being. I’m passionate about learning, growing, and offering an experience that leaves you feeling lighter, renewed, and deeply cared for.

Custom Massage Session
*Choose from 60 minute, 90 minute, and 120 minute sessions
A personalized massage designed around your body's needs and preferences. Your therapist may incorporate relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, lymphatic massage, sports-focused and stretching techniques as appropriate. Pressure and areas of focus are customized during your consultation.
Swedish Massage
A deeply relaxing full-body massage featuring smooth, flowing strokes and light to moderate pressure. Designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Deep Tissue Massage
A deeply relaxing full-body massage featuring smooth, flowing strokes and light to moderate pressure. Designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Lymphatic Massage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the natural flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. This treatment supports healthy circulation and lymphatic function, helps reduce fluid retention and swelling, encourages the body’s natural waste-removal processes, and promotes deep relaxation by supporting the parasympathetic nervous system.

Chair Massage
A convenient, fully clothed massage performed in a specialized massage chair. Focused attention is given to the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Ideal for events, corporate wellness, and special gatherings, with shorter sessions that provide relaxation and relief without the need for a massage table.
